What do you like best about Pantheon? The customer service provided is top of the line. Website uptime is fantastic. I could go on and on about why they are great.

What do you like best? The multiple environment setup, having been an old school WordPress guy who'd create dev environments for sites then migrate them, this is a really huge step forward. Having a dev, test and live environment is quite powerful.

What do you like best? They don't charge for sandbox environments and offer very attentive customer care. They definitely want to help solve issues and are very good at what they do.

What do you like best about Pantheon? Easy user interface and structure for setting up and maintaining your Wp and Drupal sites. Nice split between dev/test/live environments. Easy DNS setup and love the automatic SSL licensing. Really good support, too. I've tried a lot of hosting services, so far, I like this one the best.

What do you like best about Pantheon? The process of pushing local development to a dev server, then to a test server, then live, then pulling a live db back down to local to implement new tools or testing... this is extremely smooth and easy. From the pantheon lando recipe to terminus commands, the process is smooth and easy. Spin up dev environments and create full backups with a click of a mouse. And, they take care of a lot of security details that we no longer have to be so crazy ...

What do you like best? The support team is very helpful and responsive. Additionally, documentation is well written for most use cases involving drupal and wordpress. Also, the automatic updates in pantheon are easy to use and can save a lot of time for development and maintenance.
