"Good hosting platform but with some interesting quirks"

What do you like best about Pantheon? I like how easy it is to make updates and test them as well as copying sites down for testing and development without having to touch the live site. Pantheon makes it really easy to deploy updates and making modifications to sites without having to worry that the live site may break.
