What do you like best about Pantheon? As a developer, I love the live/test/dev/multi-dev environments coupled with auto-backups. My anxiety has reduced 100 fold now that I can try something out in dev and simply restore a backup if it doesn't work, and also that I can push changes out to test for user testing against live data before pushing up to production.
