I have worked with Panopto at two institutions now. I would say that they are one of the best, most responsive companies that I have worked with. The product itself is really good to use - both from an admin side and an end-user side. I like it far more than previous software I have tried and staff find it easy to use as well - as a lecture capture system and also for screencasting or capturing short, mobile videos as 'talking heads' or 'in the field'. What do you like best about Panopto? I like how you can control the speed of the recorded lecture you're watching. It lets you customize how you learn by choosing the pace at which you learn and having the opportunity to go back to review important parts of lecture. What do you dislike about Panopto? The addition of automatic captions for our videos has increased accessibility of our video content. Sharing and creating videos is very easy. What do you like best about Panopto? can store lots of video footage without issue What do you dislike about Panopto? It's difficult to find footage when you need it. I would love to have a feature that auto transcribes the footage for easier access. What problems is Panopto solving and how is that benefiting you?
