What do you like best about Own? OwnBackup solved one of the only genuine Salesforce emergencies I've ever experienced. If you don't have all of your orgs backedup in a way that is easy to access and restore, then you need OwnBackup!

What do you like best about Own? Quality of product. The product is good. Odaseva's product is maybe a bit more user friendly with some more nice features for admins, but Ownbackup product can do the job (backup & restore) in a reliable way, no problem.

What do you like best about Own? I know my data is backed up going back days, months and years! OwnBackup has saved me so many times due to data loss or fixing incorrect data. My account manager checks in with me when I want and support is quick.
