Outreach: A fantastic sales tool for your business
What do you like best? The tool itself gives me a great and clear way to direct a sales team toward reaching targets. The design is simple and easy to understand and management to direct us. What do you dislike? I feel that there could be more options for watching workers performance and statistical data. I think it would be nice to be able to have Q&A teaching sessions on how to optimise the machine learning aspect of the program. What problems are you solving with the ...

Necessary and powerful
What do you like best? I find that I lean on Outreach more and more for automating my task workflow. I'm working across platforms that probably do similar things, but I find I am more comfortable with Outreach than any other. It's a very powerful tool that I have grown to rely on for automating my sequences and reporting. Making phone calls is easier, especially with the ability to take notes while on the call. I also couldn't live without the Outreach anywhere extension as it displays ...

Business Development Manager
What do you like best? My favorite feature is the ability to create multiple sequence depending on who we are targeting. Also the reply/open rates are very important because it allows my team to see what messaging works best. What do you dislike? My least favorite thing about Outreach is the amount of tickets that we need to submit. Outreach support is good at resolving issues we have, but it seems like every other week there is an issue with the software that slows down our teams ...

Market Development
What do you like best? Ability to customize and send personal snippets as needed. Love the reporting feature for review of prior days messaging and calls. What do you dislike? Engagement score is a bit misleading and I believe it has been renamed. When I see engagement it is including OOO and Opt Outs which really don't help. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you have Salesforce. We no longer have it and use NS and we cannot get anyone to figure ...

Best Sales Tool for SDRs/AEs!
What do you like best? There are so many things to love about Outreach! Some of my top favorite features are having a list of tasks to accomplish and focus on in the beginning of the day, a feature to remind you when someone doesn't respond to your email, and being able to use "snippets" to quickly compose emails you send often. I seriously cannot live without this tool now! What do you dislike? Honestly, there isn't much to dislike about Outreach. The only bad thing is also a good ...

Outreach takes sales to another level with BDRs & AE's
What do you like best? Outreach makes it extremely easy to maintain key touches with your prospects and customers. This helps teams to stay organized for follow ups with phone calls, automated emails, and more. It takes the burden of staying on top of this off of the sales reps so they can focus on selling. What do you dislike? Outreach is great. If the system is down or slow it can slow us down a bit but issues are typically resolved quickly. What problems are you solving with ...

Breaking sales and mktg data silos with lasers
What do you like best? I love the use of the tech in multiple areas including its ability to give programmatic access as well as the UI of the front end since it’s ease of use is incredible. The product has added likely 50-80 extra salespeople for every rep we have (from ISRs to BSRs and everyone in between including technical sales). We are adding our own AI models to our dataset but we love the integrations and gamification added to the platform especially with what we needed at the ...
