Great for Prospecting

What do you like best? I use Outreach primarily for prospecting, and my favorite feature is that is shows when someone has opened, or clicked on any links in your emails. It makes it extremely helpful when following up to see if you were able to reach them before. What do you dislike? Nothing in particular, sometimes the dashboard is a bit overcrowded with too much information. I also wish that my notes for each contact were more easily accessible. The website is super helpful for work but at times does make it difficult to get work done.

What do you like best? Ease of setting up sequences, follow up tasks, and having a software that is doing the prospecting for me. What do you dislike? sometimes can get caught in spam filters, can look like a marketing email when you want it to look like a personal email. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Automatic sequencing is very useful when searching for activity and the ability to schedule specific dates, times and intervals. It provides you much more control. What do you like best? Automated follow-ups, everything in one place, organized tasks, collaboration, scheduling emails to go out later What do you dislike? What do you like best? The automation of sequences is very helpful when it comes to campaign prospecting, being able to schedule by a specific date and time or interval gives you more control. This paired with the ability to track views, opens and clicks, as well as the flagging of people who open more than once with a task, makes prioritisation of tasks easier when prospecting large numbers.
