What do you like best about Outreach? Aside from the easy UI/UX, their enablement with any questions/concerns makes it quick to resolve your immediate issue. The recent enhancements with reporting functionality allow the business to adjust to ensure we receive the highest click, response, and conversation rates. From a user perspective, the it enables the team to touch a mass amount of accounts without losing the personalization.

Through this strong service, we are picking up tips and tricks on how to save our team time and learn from what is working and what is not. Our account team shares their personal experiences using the tool and how they use it to make their lives easier, which is then directly applicable to our workflows.

What do you like best about Outreach? Manual sequences - as a sales rep, It allows me to create a "follow up" sequence that includes something like '8 touches in 12 days.' While I'm doing my daily (😉) prospecting, I find a high value target that I want to secure a meeting with and I add them to this sequence.
