What do you like best about Outreach? I've now used Outreach at two organizations and it's been a major boost in making my reps more efficient. The recent reporting enhancements were major improvements and provide valuable insights into various aspects of my team's day-to-day work. I prefer the interface to others I've used and my teams have been able to quickly get down the basics and use the knowledge base resources to improve their skills and understanding of the platform.
