What do you like best about Outreach? Outreach is the nucleus to our 'sales tools' universe. Even though we are all remote, it allows us to collaborate on best messaging (templates and snippets) it also has 5X'd our outbound prospecting success. The UI is super intuitive and the in-app chat is a life saver. Hands down, the best customer service in the game ;)
