Good Product, Bad Business Practices
It's fairly simple to use with a decent interfaces. Would like a few more template options. BIG downside is their auto-renew "gotcha." They don't notify you it's about to renew, and then once they bill you, they have a no refund policy! Infuriating.

"Otter.ai For Transcription"
What do you like best about Otter.ai? As a freelancer, I use Otter.ai to transcribe audio files automatically to be sincere; some accents are difficult to understand. To avoid making errors, I use Otter.ai. It saves me a lot of time, and the audio is transcribed correctly with minor changes. One can edit the file and still highlight the text.

What do you like best about Otter.ai? The transcription function of the tool. I used to be worried I'd miss something important and have to go back to the recording and re-listen to the whole thing. With Otter, I can simply read through what was said.

What do you like best about Otter.ai? Otter has multiple functions that allow you to import recording files, live audio and website links for transcription--there are so many options! The free version, which is a huge perk, allows you to import two files a month and unlimited live recordings for transcription. "Easy transcription tool"
What do you like best about Otter.ai? Otter is super easy to use, just start the recording and your meeting or training quickly has a transcript for later review. Especially helpful when you are totally engaged and don't have time to take notes.

"Love this product"
What do you like best about Otter.ai? Very easy to navigate. The interface is basic. I love the layout. The Taskbar is streamlined. I use the voice feature combined with the automatic calendar updates make it phenomenal to use together.
