What do you like best about Otter.ai? Otter.ai has taken the stress out of sales calls and the pressure of trying to capture or remember all the details. All I have to do is press record and engage with my client. I especially like that I have access to both a video recording of our interview, but also the written transcription. What do you like best about Otter.ai? I had heard about Otter when my organization was working with a qualitative researcher who used the tool to transcribe interviews for another client. Mostly I'd been using Teams for conducting interview and that tool has live captioning. I needed to use Otter for a recording mat outside of Teams that needed to be transcribed. Refund Issues

I tested quite a few transcriptions apps before I went with Otter.ai. It had some good features such as links with the audio file, but otherwise pretty similar to other apps and a little bit frustrating if your speaker has an accent. I was promoting it to a friend and accidentally added her as a team member. I was immediately charged for a new team member, despite deleting the additionally team member. GDPR rule breakers

unsubscribe from their emails once, twice, three times, four times. They break their emails down into about 100 categories so you can only subscribe from one "category" of email at a time. Very dodgy. Avoid.
