What do you like best about Otter.ai? It's great and super convenient. I am able to go back and review what wS transcribed. Super easy to use,great support, and for its number of features.

Consistently buggy, slow, and inaccurate.

As someone who interviews people regularly as part of their job, it's extremely frustrating having to rely on a piece of software that consistently falls short and never seems to be improved upon. The accuracy is consistently hit and miss, with the NLP (typically) being better at US accents than UK or others. Punctuation seems to always appear in the wrong places, and it will give you multiple different translations of acronyms within a single transcription. The highlight feature is ...

What do you like best about Otter.ai? I don't have to stop my busy life for zoom meetings to get the full benefit of them. Otter records them for me so I can listen on the road or in the gym

Beware they'll keep taking money from your account.

The software is good, but beware sharp business practice. I had one project to transcribe, and signed up I thought, to subscribe on a monthly basis.NO, they continue to take money from your account until you cancel. It's not a monthly subscription at all, its a subscription paid monthly.I've been paying for an app I didn't need.

What do you like best about Otter.ai? I used Otter for interviewing people for Anthropology assignments. I was blown away by not only the accurate transcripts but the ability to click anywhere on the transcript and hear the actual recording. It was fast and easy and Otter even provided chapters and summaries. I love this app and even paid for a month after my free trial was up. It's expensive and I'm a student so i didn't buy a whole year but would use it again. I am getting paid for this ...

What do you like best about Otter.ai? As someone with a hearing loss, Otter.ai has been invaluble in loud meetings or with invididuals with softer voices. It has been a useful tool even through video meetings with the audio is not always the best. It is also a quick way to capture ideas from meetings to sort and refer to notes later.

Terrible customer services... I tried to pay for pro-version with 1 account, but they automatically charged for 3 accounts. I felf so shocked and kept in touch with customer centre, but no one replied... Seriously would like to get refund and delete my account...
