I like that this software records and transcribes the meeting for me to read. the interaction of it with the user during the meeting to make suggestion I find it very helpful. thank you!

This software/company is excellent for records keeping, the fact that it transcribe the meeting for me to read at a later time is very helpful. it's live interaction with the user providing hints are also useful. I would recommend to others.

Simply never worked

Simply never worked. Appears to be user friendly but confusing once you hit record. Totally worthless.

I love Otter A.I tool

I love the Otter A.I. tool! This has helped me phenomenally with classes and course work. As being someone with a unilateral hearing loss as well as ADHD I am able to take and highlight important notes in class. I used it to complete an interview assignment I had. I also use it when gaining feedback from tutors. The transcript part works pretty well although it does not always transcribe the correct word, some of that is understandable since abbreviations and specific slang is used. ...

It's a wonderful app. I used otter to create my first content on Tiktok. It was really nice and easy to use.

Proficient and accurate

Otter provided an outstandingly accurate transcription of all what was said at the meeting and equally provided a great summary of the salient points at the end of the meeting. I followed the transcript as the presentation was delivered - am thoroughly impressed with its accuracy, and punctuation. Great experience with Otter

Great experience with Otter. It's working pretty well with us for recording all face to face and online meetings. it does require a bit of editing, but the time save has been great even including the editing time. Not had a need to reach out to their customer service team yet, so I cant pass comment on that.

5 year Otter Customer, I wouldn't start with them now

I've been an Otter customer for 5 years, and they've been deliberately making the product worse to force people into higher packages. It used to take me just a keystroke or two to delete a file, they literally changed the interface so it takes a bunch of keystrokes to delete each file ... unless you upgrade to a higher level package where deleting files is easy. The Pro package offers 1200 minutes, but only 10 imports of max 90 minutes each, so they basically don't let you use what you ...
