What do you like best about Ortto? I love the ease of the drag and drop customer journey function. Their growing range of templates are helpful plus their customer service team are super efficient and knowledgeable. They also offer live learning sessions and have a large library to improve your email marketing.

Their customer service was also great whenever I had a question. They had answers for most of my questions and quickly got back to me with answers if they were unsure. I also really love the team review feature. Having one of their experts look over my journey helped me have a cleaner experience.

What do you like best about Ortto? Intuitive, stable and visually appealing. The Autopilot tools allowed us to easily set up a workflow for a campaign we ran on behalf of a client. The instance managed edits and changes well and ran as expected during the campaign timeframe. Integrations with other related tools meant that we could set up all the pieces needed to manage the campaign effectively.
