What do you like best? I like the suite of features available on HCM--there are a lot of pre-set rules and configurations that my organization uses that is considered Vanilla HCM. Easy of use with great features

What do you like best? Personal portrait on ESS, True Global HR Implementation What do you dislike? Sometimes the screen is squeezing and unable to maximize.
