Full of Features, But Difficult to Customize

What do you like best? I like the suite of features available on HCM--there are a lot of pre-set rules and configurations that my organization uses that is considered Vanilla HCM. Easy of use with great features

What do you like best? Personal portrait on ESS, True Global HR Implementation What do you dislike? Sometimes the screen is squeezing and unable to maximize. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Multiple Assignment changes in a single day. Goal Management Fast formulas with Context which is a great feature.

What do you like best? In my opinion Oracle's Fusion HCM cloud is a solid product and has been well received by a lot of customers in last 12 months. Yet it still requires improvements in some areas in order to compete with some of its toughest competitors like Workday HCM.
