Slow but Thorough

What do you like best? You can view many thing just on one system - can date track back to past work history and view performance evaluations and concerns. What do you dislike? Takes so long to even log in. Even after the training it is not very user friendly until you've been using it for a long time. What do you like best? Oracle HCM is a great program that helps us efficiently and effectively handle all our HR needs. We use several of the modules and are very happy with the results. Easy to use except for compatibility issues

What do you like best? It is easy to look at and approve of hourly employee. Easy for the employee to sign in and sign out of to record hours. Allows approval of hours without having to sign a document. What do you dislike? Oracle is not compatible with google chrome. What do you like best? Oracle is a good human resources application for my current job. It is convenient to access from either home or work. Oracle is compatible with most web browsers.
