What do you like best about Oracle Field Service Cloud? That I could see how long jobs took and monitor efficiency. Also being able to see schedule up to ten days out. What do you dislike about Oracle Field Service Cloud? Little software bugs. Sometimes we struggled to upload tickets or client information. What do you like best about Oracle Field Service Cloud? Ease of navigation from page to page. I never have trouble finding the area I need. I didn’t even need trained for the software like everything else, i just figured it out on my own by playing with buttons. What do you dislike about Oracle Field Service Cloud? What do you like best about Oracle Field Service Cloud? I like that this seems somewhat intuitive, and I was able to pick it up quickly What do you dislike about Oracle Field Service Cloud? Sometimes it takes several steps to make it more customized to what I need to do. What problems is Oracle Field Service Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you? This has helped us shuffle 'paper' back and forth quite a bit without the actual shuffle.
