What do you like best? Ability to pivot decent amounts of data in excel with Smart view, as well as run complex calculations What do you dislike? Hybrid is great, but still a gap before something finally comes out with all the benefits of both BSO and ASO, but none of the drawbacks. Essbase - great tool to work with

What do you like best? Its very easy to install and configure. All other issues are easy to resolve because most of the workaround and solutions are readily available. What do you dislike? Sometimes the Essbase service doesn't start up. I mean it keeps on disconnecting sometimes. Maybe there's also an easier way to backup our applications. It is the best product i have ever used

What do you like best? i can get my financial data pulled into analysis easily What do you dislike? timing of the pull in smartview.. big data pulls lock up and stop all other office product usage................................................................. What benefits have you realized? we have tied obiee to essbase and will have oac tied to it as well. we use it to do adhoc financial analysis and produce reusable pivots

Gotten much better, still ways to go
