What do you like best? Fairly easy to use if you are given proper training What do you dislike? Actually SAP is more user friendly and I like the interface better Recommendations to others considering the product: Get a user help book as a hard copy to reference . What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sometimes hard to learn because the help Center should be better. It would be nice to have a number to call for easy assistance

What do you like best? It provides an integrative combined experience which includes images and documents along with audio and graphs, etc. What do you dislike? It slows down the computer quite a bit and can be glitchy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Multi-tasking with viewing documents, listening to audio recordings, etc.

What do you like best? Administrative tasks have been made easy, simple server implementation. Helps us with our database and middleware management. Easy to install (solid documentation), also was impressed with the operating system Solaris 11. What do you dislike? Not able to run UI thru multiple browser clients. What do you like best? I was able to use one interface to reach all the applications I use. It was also easy to use remotely What do you dislike? I didn’t have a huge issue with anything, but the asthetic of the site could use an update What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
