What do you like best? In oracle 12C It is pretty easy to add or modify a column to be invisible and vice versa: What do you dislike? It is very expensive. It costs around 9 times more compared to microsoft sql. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? oracle 12c is an integral part of the database infrastructure in our environment. more than 50% data of our environment is sitting on oracle.

It is pretty hard to understand.

Works as expected

What do you like best? Database is fairly reliable and works as expected. Have not experienced any issues and it tends to have all the functionality I need. What do you dislike? Installing for the first time was a bit of a challenge What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use the database primarily for human capital management. Our company also uses it for purchasing, inventory, and finance. It stores much of our transaction data.

Plays well with others

What do you like best? User friendly with few glitches. It also communicates and allows flow from other systems. What do you dislike?
