What do you like best? Was very reliable, was easy enough to use. Handled scale better than MSSQL. What do you dislike? I remember it being more difficult to backup databases and restore them than MSSQL. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Basically data volume. Benefits are that it works.

What do you like best? Reliability and support. Oracle support is fast and responsive What do you dislike? We had issues using Oracle Data Base Appliance. We prefer to use it on vmware technology. The concept of plug-able databases is revolutionary, the ability to have 'sub-databases' of an application which are interdependent on each other on the same host database gives room to streamline and make the end process more efficient.
