Avoid at all costs
We have been paying a yearly subscription for this product for several years.We signed up for a deal that guaranteed our package price for life. First time I bought a premium…
First time I bought a premium subscription in November 2020 getting advantage from Black Friday discount. Then I discovered that for this kind of subscription they still to let their logo on all the pop up and other stuff that they provide. Very bad. Last week I told to myself, "ehi lets give them a second chance" so I came back on my account and I found they de-activated it, then they told me that to access to my account I have to re-activate it and they charged me 160 usd without any kind ...

Above and Beyond
I took a training class from Optin Monster, Siera taught it. At the end, the survey asked if you had anything you wanted more information about. I responded yes, and Siera not only answered, she researched the question specifically related to my site, and sent me the appropriate codes. Service above and beyond.

Love how responsive their support team is!! This is an amazing app and I'm already seeing increased subscribers to the old opt-in program I used to use. Love Optin Monster!!
