I've been using OpenCart for my e-commerce site for over 3 year now
What do you like best? OpenCart is fairly simple to use and still doesn't lack most of the features other platforms have. For me, it was this balance of simplicity and functionality that made me choose OpenCart in the first place and now even keep it when upgrading my main site just a couple of months ago. Additionaly, OpenCart has decent themes and plugins built for it and is also easily customizable. What do you dislike? It feels like OpenCart used to be more popular and nowadays ...

0 CUSTOMER SUPPORT
They have 0 customer support, i have bought module from them, it was not usefull, making site verry slow, i have requested refund, they havent replied back to me after 1 week i have opened case on PayPal, then they have disabled my Opencart account which i had about 20 premium purchase of modules, they just displayed me a message saying i have to cancel dispute in paypal and request support on Opencart support page, i have done what ever they asked, just cancelled case, send them support ...
