If I could, I would rate 0. I wrote down my information to help my mom with her English. A rep called and went straight to asking for a payment method! And he was Very VERY DISRESPECTFUL, he didn’t even let me get information on how things work. If that is your customer service team, I wonder how your teacher work. DISAPPOINTED 0/5
