Keep charging my card

I try to cancel this and the keep charging me the never answer the Phone and like i told before this is not to learning this is nor to start from cero i need my refund you just charge my card again

They won't cancel or refund you.

I spent an 1hour on the phone talking to then in the phone and they made it impossible for me to cancel or even get a refund. Asking for unnecessary reasons to stay in their platform. 1. Hang up on me multiple times. 2. According to their employees they do not have a ticket number or Employee ID. 3. They even told me to find someone to give it to since they were not going to give away any cancelation. I made a videos with them denying any cancelation. just for any evidence in case they ...
