Unauthorized charges
I bought the online course not the private classes. They were charging my card with the private clases without authorization. To make the long story short, no refund was made, and I had to cancel my card because they were insisting on making more charges, but my bank thought it was suspicious activity and blocked my card. Open english even threatened to take legal actions against me because my bank didn't let them make more charges that I never authorized. Now I have to change my credit ...

The way to learn english that fits me perfectly
I think this is the best way to learn english, because the activities in the platform fits with my availability of time. Awful service …
I called open English to cancel my automatic renewal. The customer service was awful. They made the cancelation process very long difficult. Don’t use open english !!!
