They offer a really poor service
They offer a really poor service, besides the way the collect the payments is the worst. They use to charge the customer without consent and is tricky and almost impossible to get a refund. Want to leave far away from Open English? Change your debit/credit card. There's no other option.

Contrate el servicio no me dijeron que tenia q llevar clases con un profesor particular que x cierto tiene costo y es elevado.Lo hicieron inmediatamente después que pague y una sorprendida... lo considero como una estafa.
