The best experience

I love it! Ever since I started, I notice that it became easier for me to understand other people, songs and TV shows, I´ve learn more in two months with open English than with a lot of teachers in school all my life. They´re so patient and funny (the teachers) and the activities are so dynamic that learning is so easy and fun.

Open english me siento decepcionado con el curso

Hola gracias por la oportunidad de expresar mis ideas, considero que la filosofía de Open English, me ha decepcionado un poco, recibí notificaciones y llamadas de motivación al curso mientras el proceso de compra y luego se olvidaron de los alumnos, situación preocupante por que debería generarse un seguimiento a los nuevos alumnos y guiarlos en el proceso de aprendizaje del idioma, por que ese fue el propósito de la inversión en mi caso y consideró debe ser la de muchos otros. Gracias

Possibility to choose a teacher in private classes

It would be great to have the possibility to choose a teacher in private classes because in my case I know that my listening is poor for speakers from England and strong for North Americans.

Esta empresa es una acosadora

El proceso de aprendizaje es regular. Pero son unos acosadores a la hora de querer venderle ya sea el contrato inicial o la renovacion. A mi me llamaron unas 6-7 veces para renovar el programa a pesar de que les decia claramente que no queria renovar. Cuando a uno lo llaman lo presionan para que uno acepte la "oferta" en ese mismo momento sin leer el contrato, ahora resulta que el contrato incluye una renovacion automatica y que les debo dinero por los meses que no he pagado.
