a little tricky

i think the platform is very good, but its super enoying that they tell yoy you pay for everything and after try to sell you private classes and thell you its obligatory, and the time for the classes its complicated there are not always open, you need to wait and catch them, and the fact you only can take twoin the day makes difficult the organization with the times

I like the teaching method

I like the teaching method! I think memorization is facilitated by the various types of practical exercises. The live private lessons could be longer and with the opportunity to ask questions about grammatical doubts. Classes are very focused on pre-established exercises by the platform. But other than that I like it a lot.

hola! justo como leí en algunos comentarios, llame para pedir información y consultar mi presupuesto para saber si podía inscribirme en el curso de OPEN INGLISH; al comienzo la señorita que me contesto fue muy amable y muy accesible para darme información y en ayudarme, después fue insistente y al final muy grosera por no acceder a inscribirme y al final me colgó. Me encantaría que en su pagina estén los costos de los cursos que tienen para no tener que hablar con personas así. buenas noches.

Estafa

Realice la compra de un paquete por un año, posterior a esto se me renovó otro paquete que tenia anteriormente, es decir quede con dos paquetes renovados al mismo tiempo para la misma persona y en ninguna parte me dieron solución, no tienen linea de PQRS, no tienen entidad reguladoras, es decir es una estafa.

Mal servicio al cliente

Me registre para recibir información y poder planear adecuadamente mi presupuesto para invertir, sin embargo, la atención telefónica es muy grosera, insistente para hacer la compra pero y muy groseros si no lo concluyes. Incluso me han colgado de una manera muy cortante. Realmente me decepciono esta forma de actuar de sus vendedores.
