Terrible experience - will not buy from people like this!
Frankly it’s a challenge to believe all the positive reviews here. I was interested in purchasing this for a Mexican friend. It was very difficult at first to get them to tell any prices, and when they did it was “this price is only good for an hour” - a red flag if ever there was one. When we called back to buy, they were very rude - “are you finally ready to make a decision ? You’ve been wasting my time.” I don’t trust people like that to deliver a good service.

It is a fraud
It is a fraud, the customer service has not been the most consistent and respectful, they make automatic charges to the tergeta and then they leave you an automatic payment without your consent. They violate US customer satisfaction laws and then tell you that you can't talk to anyone but one person. I do not recommend them, they are few serious. not worth it

I chose Open English because it was very well suited to the free time I had after work. I just have to enter the app and start learning. Diverse teachers with different subjects that make your vocabulary better
