Hello, my name is Daniela, I just had my Open English, I understood that it was paid monthly, you know, the Costumer Service tells you quite a few discounts that you can use the platform that in the end accepts some of the discounts that I only had to pay $170 and I didn't have to pay more monthly, they take almost $95 from me without authorization without anything and they automatically do it. I call to see what happened and they are actually charging me monthly when previously they didn't ...
