"Great price, wonderful customer service and fantastic transistion."

What do you like best about OnPay? We decided to leave Gusto after several errors and because they were doubling our montly fee. On Pay has a very favorable and straight-forward pricing system, they have excellent customer service and the transition from Gusto was extremely easy. What do you dislike about OnPay? OnPay has been a great payroll service…

OnPay has been a great payroll service for us. They are dependable and the website interface is easily navigated. Their customer service is wonderful as well, for the very few times I have actually had to use it. A far cry from our previous payroll service. I am so glad we made the switch.

What do you like best about OnPay? The software is intuitive. You are not having to think about how They think about things you're able to think about what makes common sense and figure it out yourself. "Great Application, does my payroll, onboarding and more!"

What do you like best about OnPay? This app is like an inexpensive HRIS! It has made my life extremely easy. It integrates with QuickBooks, and my timekeeping app Deputy. I can't recommend this enough! What do you dislike about OnPay? The only thing I wish it had was a little easier way to have monthly commission check runs. it still works for that, just want it easier. "Seamlessly integrates with QuickBooks"

What do you like best about OnPay? OnPay automatically creates Journal Entries in QuickBooks once you initially set up the assignments. When you import your bank records associated with OnPay into QuickBooks, they are automatically matched and you can just hit the "Match" button. What do you dislike about OnPay? What do you like best about OnPay? Onboarding our new employee was made very simple. Our specialist was very helpful and patient with me for our first payroll run. Pricing was easy and fair. They made a daunting task simple. What do you dislike about OnPay? I didn't have any issues that weren't addressed with ease. What problems is OnPay solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me stay compliant with payroll taxes.

What do you like best about OnPay? Ease of use and clarity with all the reports as well as on the fly. It allows us to run a preview of the payroll to double check and try different numbers. What do you like best about OnPay? Once the employee details are in the system, it's so easy to run payroll, and all the Federal and State taxes and end of year tax docs are all taken care of.
