"Loud and on repeat"

What do you like best about OnPage? I’m a heavy sleeper and sometimes I don’t notice or hear my normal notifications when I get paged. But with OnPage, I get notified immediately, it very loud and it repeats itself. Since I have had OnPage, I have not missed a single pager. What do you dislike about OnPage? What do you like best about OnPage? That it wakes the techs up, when needed! What do you dislike about OnPage? There are no dislikes at this time. We like the product. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? oncall issues with addressing critical issues over night.

What do you like best about OnPage? The app doesn't log you out automatically without your knowledge and makes associations for after hours simple. I've had it logged into my person phone instead of my work phone so i don't have to carry both when i'm off the clock. I always have my personal near me. I like how simple the interface is, it isn't bogged down with a bunch of settings. What do you dislike about OnPage? It doesn't override the silent switch on the iphones but i believe thats a ...

What do you like best about OnPage? One of the best things about Onpage is the high detail scheduling you can do with it. The other function that I found to be superior over previous products was the ways you can be notified of an alert and how easy it is to change it on the fly. "My experience with OnPage."

What do you like best about OnPage? OnPage makes it easy for all my technicians to get real time alerts. This has helped drive down the time it takes to respond to issues. What do you dislike about OnPage? OnPage does exactly what we want it to. I don't have any real downsides. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? Driving down response time. Happier customers. Happier on call technicians.

What do you like best about OnPage? Page alerts work and allow instant contact with dispatch. No urgent calls get missed. What do you dislike about OnPage? There is nothing I don't like about it.
