Got Denied for verification with no way to fix it. This software does not work. I dont understand how companies are using this to verify identities.. Horrible COMPANY

What a BS product got permanently rejected from Revolut due to their shi* system making my phone crash 3 times in a row. And shame on you Revolut for working with these losers.

Terrible technology

Took 50 images of my passport with Onfido to get verified in Resolut. Images are perfectly OK, yet images keep geeting rejected. I tried inside, outside, natural light, studio lighting. Nothing works until I realized this technology simply doesn't work and is absolut cr@#. Can't believe why Resolut works with such mediocre fintec companies. Gave up on both Onfido and Resolut after multiple attempts. Worst experience ever.

"Really solid platform"

What do you like best about Onfido? I like the clean interface and really well-designed steps. I like that it's easy to integrate the SDKs for my developers, and love their high pass rates more than anything else! What do you dislike about Onfido? The downsides are that troubleshooting can be hard, and support can be hard to come by as you need to email the Onfido support line. Upgrading SDKs repeatedly can be a lift as well.
