"Best Identity Verification solution on the market"

What do you like best about Onfido? Onfido Studio and all the fraud features available + the fact that it is now compliant with all major European Markets thanks to the Qualified Electronic Signature. What do you dislike about Onfido? It's does not offer penny test for micro payment. What problems is Onfido solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes compliant with the requested regulation and help us at improving fraud detection and data extraction and validation.

It is really a bad service

It is really a bad service I don't have a problem with any of the other services, but every time I use this site, it gets rejected for no reason

website and app don't work

website app don't work, could not sign up to bank account due to Onfido terrible system. Unable to take picture stating "camera access is denied" yet the Onfido system does not ask for permission - useless system.

Their service is unusable

Their service is unusable and a conversion killer. Please, switch to their alternatives. Their app gets focus of the camera on my Pixel 6 Pro once to loose it later 100% of the time when making the photo. This service is not production ready

Fools on the Loose

Totally stupid process these buffoons use to supposedly verify one's identity. Full of nonsense about not using scanned images and PDF format files, an absurd obsession with use of a mobile 'phone as if that proves anything and utterly incapable of actually evaluating uploaded images. Rubbish masquerading as a service.

Pretty Poor!

I thought that I has successfully provided the identity information required by Onfido, but 2 months later Barclays (who use Onfido) contacted in with a truculent and threatening email to say as I had failed to provide information (unspecified) my account would be further restricted. I was unaware that my account had already been restricted - no warning from Barclays. On phoning and waiting over 20 minutes to speak to a human, I was told that the photo I had uploaded to Onfido was not ...

Utterly appalling software. I am an engineer and expert user but could not get passed their system. For example I tried to get a link on my smart phone, and received the following notification ‘ Something went wrong. This link only works on mobile devices’!!!.

West One Loans use this dreadful biometric verification to onboard applicants. Our verification failed with no notification and we did everything correctly. Why on Earth do companies use them? It's a deal killer.

Onfido an Orwellian 21st Nightmare Come True

Update: I just verified my Trust Pilot account exactly with the same steps that Onfido uses. TrustPilot used verriff.me - It worked the first time as it should. This proves that the Onfido app is a broken software.
