OneStream has the best customer service…
OneStream has the best customer service I've ever experienced! I accidently made my account wrong and they answered the chat in under 5 min and helped solve my issues quickly.They also have a wonderful product that is easy to use and helps allow me to create a live streaming show thats almost 100% passive. I've really enjoyed using Onestream, and I highly recommend it!

Flawless performance
We subscribed to OneStream on the recomendation (and viewed performance) of Steve Karlovsky of Gebhard Woods Dulcimer Festival. We needed scheduled Live Streaming of two 2 1/2 hour pre-recorded concerts for our 44th Annual Fox Valley Folk Music & Storytelling Festival to supplement the 19 hours of Live Streamed events we did over three days. Wonderful Customer Service!
Wonderful Customer Service!Salim over at OneStream Live was a great help today in trouble shooting some issues I had with connecting YouTube to my newly made OneStream account, and when YouTube was being a bit wonky we even were able to screen share in order to correct the issues. Now I am fully set up to stream thanks to Salim's help! Salim was very quick to respond, super knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with through the trouble shooting process! Thank you Salim and OneStream!

I'd buy this again...
As an Assistant University Teaching Professor, I am using OneStream Live to simultaneously stream to the platforms that my students already use and have account for, i.e. Instagram, YouTube, Periscope, Vimeo or Facebook. It allows me to interact with my students in ways that are unexpected and in all honesty really quite easily.i'd buy this again.
