I had trouble with the pop-up that was not appearing when I get to my Facebook group page and I was really new with the website I tried troubleshooting it on my end but I had no luck was about to give up but I saw a chat box where I could ask for help. Fizz replied within a minute it was really great! good patience and really helpful Thank you very much and I'm really happy that this website has customer support like Fizz.

Awesome software and people :)
Very speedy to respond and explain what had happened which was not to do with OneStream - tried again as advised and it worked perfectly. I LOVE the new capabilities OneStream provides, I love going live for real anyway, but this feature is so handy for times that's not required/possible, or when I have an interviewee who prefers prerecord. I'm really looking forward too, to when LinkedIn is available and to when we can go Live for real via OneStream itself - I think it might render other ...
