Amazing!
It’s so easy to use and works great!! The support team is outstanding. They immediately respond and they also follow up to make sure I had the answers I was looking for and I was ok with planning my event. It was my first time using it for a big event and I was nervous ... but it worked awesome! I highly recommend! Amazing!

Asking for help
I had put off using OneStream, because I thought the learning curve was too steep. When I finally sat down to learn and use the program. I needed help, Muji, Zomi & Fizza was just a click away ready, willing and very knowledgeable! They answered every question I had. Zomi and Fizza walked me through how to setup Real-time Multicasting so that I could stream live to the 7 platforms that I want to stream to. The woman I chatted with was extremely helpful & walked me through the whole process, was willing to jump on a call so I could share my monitor. Allowing me to resolve the issue I was having. She was patient & explained each option when I had a very specific question. The customer service was really amazing. Thank you!
