Not the answer I would have desired, but the person who helped me was great
I contacted OneStream because my Facebook custom thumbnails did not appear on the video stream. What I found out was that the custom thumbnail can only be used once for Facebook, so if you use it on your event notification, then later when the actual video is published, a black screen with a play button is all that appears instead of the custom thumbnail. This is definitely not desirable, but at least I have an answer. The person who helped me was great, and they said they would pass my ...

Outstanding customer support
I had trouble connecting to my account. I reached out to OneStream via their chat support. Not only did they help me solve my problem but they gave me a discount on my subscription! I highly recommend OneStream to help with your live streams!!
