"Ease of use for everyone"

What do you like best about OnBoard Board Management Software? The learning curve was minimal for everyone. It is a one-stop shop for all Board material, as well as remote meeting links and the ability to capture minutes in real-time right in the software using the materials already published. It's web-based so accessible anywhere. I use it for our company as well as another Board I sit on and love both applications.

What do you like best about OnBoard Board Management Software? OnBoard allows me to share information instantly with members. They can cast votes or review Bylaws all in one place. The vote option is valuable. We can ask for a vote and have a documented vote within minutes. In addition, our Auditors love that our Board minutes are housed in one place.

What do you like best about OnBoard Board Management Software? What I like most about this software is the mobile app experience. The desktop and mobile experiences are nearly identical.

What do you like best about OnBoard Board Management Software? Prior to OnBoard we printed entire board books and/or emailed entire board books out. This was inefficient and difficult to make last minutes changes. We also did not love that sensitive financial information was being sent out via email. As the Admin for OnBoard and the Corporate Secretary, I appreciate the ease of use, access, and visibility that OnBoard offers.

OnBoard has made managing our board a breeze, minimized the time our staff spends planning meetings, and made writing meeting minutes very easy. I was nervous about our board transitioning from paper meeting materials to OnBoard meetings, but our directors can't say enough great things about their experience with OnBoard!

What do you like best about OnBoard Board Management Software? Onboard has been an excellent source for the board that I currently serve on as it allows for a more effective and organized approach to managing a meeting, agendas, review of documents and communicating with board members.
