What do you like best about OnBoard Board Management Software? The platform itself is very user intuitive. The ability to quickly pull and review meeting packets is a game-changer, especially during a time where we are all meeting virtually. Being able to have all the calendar items with the agenda in one location vs emailing out different versions of the same agenda makes a huge difference.

What do you like best about OnBoard Board Management Software? OnBoard is easy to use, and the company is constantly improving and updating its product to meet the clientele's needs. I especially appreciate how quickly they respond when you do have a question.

What do you like best about OnBoard Board Management Software? Having one central place to upload documents that allows officers and board members to view is a great timesaver. It saves a lot of aggravation because I do not have to make multiple packages at the copier.

The ability to use Zoom as an embedded feature makes it extremely easy to facilitate almost face-to-face managed meetings remotely, coupled with this is the enhanced privacy feature of being able to wipe remotely attached mobile devices logged into the OnBoard system once the participant is no longer enrolled.

What do you like best about OnBoard Board Management Software? OnBoard has an important tool for our organization as we work to become more progressive in board management. My favorite part of OnBoard is that it is easy to use for all levels of technical ability. I love that I can create meetings and add all appropriate documents to that meeting but that I can also add documents that are not related to a meeting to the resource section where they can be accessed at any time.

Everyone has shared how much easier the platform has made their experience as a staff member and as a Board member. The site is very intuitive and easy to use.

What do you like best about OnBoard Board Management Software? The minutes creation and agenda building are definitely the most helpful to me so far. They really streamline those processes in creating both. Also having a live agenda that many people are able to edit and manipulate without relying on one person to compile.

What do you like best about OnBoard Board Management Software? I love that Zoom and the calendar as so accessible in OnBoard, and that the program is so intuitive. My training was thorough and excellent. I know I will have other questions as I use the program more, and am confident that my trainer will be able to guide me smoothly through any new challenges.
