I wish I could give 0 stars. This company has the worst possible customer service/business practice our organization has seen. They are unresponsive, have no internal organization, and came after us from a collections agency for an invoice we attempted to cancel for MONTHS. The negligence was WILD. Beware.

What do you like best about OnBoard Board Management Software? Prior to using a board portal, our board members received binders with printed documents and then emails with attached documents. By choosing OnBoard we now have one secure portal where board members can go to review documents. We still have a few members tied to printed documents but we are seeing more and more of the board members using tablets and phones during the meetings.

What do you like best about OnBoard Board Management Software? OnBoard is more user-friendly than the previous program we have used for our Board. Not only do I think so but several members of our Board have shared the same thoughts with me on several occasions.

What do you like best about OnBoard Board Management Software? Ease of use continues to be the best thing about this product. Our Directors find it easy to use, and my agenda building and minute taking is so much less time consuming than it was with previous programs.

It is very user friendly, they listen to your requests/suggestions to update their product and there is never downtime or issues. Their IT team and service reps are great and respond to emails promptly. We use OnBoard for all our Board and Board Committee meetings and it is nice to have everything in one place.
