What do you like best? OnBase offers a great way to store information remotely. It removes the need for hardcopies and helps to clear the clutter paper can cause. With the ability to add documents to different file categories and include keywords, it is pretty simple to "put your hands on" any document at any time.

They offer many varieties of products to meet most any type of business need and types of users you many have. They have greatly improved their online community, which is great for support folks like me. I can easily find documentation, user experiences and white papers on anything regarding OnBase.

What do you like best about OnBase? By using OnBase, along with its various add on's, our company was able to go paperless. Mass amounts of paper storage is eliminated and paperwork is available in a few keystrokes. Processes are effectively streamlined and improved.

What do you like best about OnBase? The recent version of OnBase and the improvements to the UI have bumped our experience exponentially. We are able to easily and securely have students complete forms and have the data and document archived real time to our OnBase digital warehouse. Using the hidden fields to tag to a student allows us to access those documents from a Salesforce interface and pull up all documents, transcripts, and eforms completed by students directly from our Salesforce ...
