What do you like best about OnBase? It is a full Enterprise Content Management solution. In regards to storage, manipulation and retrieval of data Hyland has covered almost every base and provided dynamic and very usable solutions. What do you like best? OnBase has been a stellar performer for decades now, grabbing huge chunks of marketshare since about 1995. (Started in 1989 and a Banking Documentation Tool). Their imaging components, workflow, management and storage tools set a standard in the industry, but their pricing models and method of doing business is slowing them down. What do you like best? OnBase provides for very rapid development of highly custom solutions without the need for extensive (if any) coding. It's point and click configuration including workflows and integrations is second to none.

What do you like best about OnBase? I love the OnBase workflow module the most. The configuration of a workflow process is easy and straight forward with point and click configuration. Workflow benefits EVERY organization in many different departments.

What do you like best about OnBase? Set it and forget it. I deployed OnBase years ago and barely have to touch it anymore. It is solid and needs little to no care and feeding. The workflow engine is extremely flexible and powerful and easy to configure. You can use VB scripts when needed to extend functionality of the product.
