Must Have in the Digital World
What do you like best? I love the options we get when doing video-based broadcast webinars. What do you dislike? I wish that the system was HTML5, Flash seems very unreliable. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We wanted a platform to reach our customers in an interactive environment. It has allowed us to feel more connected with them.

Very customizable, involved team!
What do you like best? On24 has been a great partner for our B2C and B2B webinars, they are willing to work with our unique business structure and help make our webinars the most effective they can be! We also love the customization. What do you dislike? n/a Overall we are very happy with the service that On24 provides. What business problems are you solving with the product? Great experience, lots of customization
What do you like best? We love almost everything about ON24 - the simplicity of use, our ability to custom design the dashboard, the type of webinars we can produce, and customer support we've had during our webinars. And the analytics, absolutely amazing. What do you dislike? We've had a hard time with with integrations - I LOVE our implementation manager (Jamie, but it's been very complicated. What do you like best? I love that ON24 is totally different that most webinar platforms. The ON24 platform is very user friendly, looks great and offers a great experience for our attendee.
What do you like best? I love the engagement widgets to get users engaged. We're just exploring how to use the Connect feature and get our internal systems in sync with the platform to use it to it's fullest. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love how easy it is to personalize and brand the console. It helps me to push the stakeholders to think bigger about what kind of data they want to collect and about how they want to engage with the audience since I can never convince anyone to be on camera.
