What do you like best? Easy to use, looks great, keeps customers happy. Easy to train new employees and customize each product very thoroughly. Support team is always very responsive and helpful. What do you like best? They have improved the usability of the recording system. Awhile back it was an issue with presenters (who may be worldwide), but now it seems to go more smoothly. What do you like best? Intuitive, easy to use interface. Easy to learn. What do you dislike? Formatting on slides looks different in ON24. Extra works is sometimes required when slides have to be reformatted and uploaded again. Flash is required. The default MP4 archive of slides and speakers on video looks terrible-- the speaker video is too small. What do you like best? ON24 assigns a Customer Success Manager to your account which is super helpful. The creation of webinars is a bit clunky, but the Knowledge Center is robust.
