What do you like best? The customer service in all my time with working with ON24 now at two different companies has been superb. I also like how ON24 continues to improve their platform and the plethora of information provided to keep customers informed and educated. What do you dislike? Great Webinar Platform for Larger Teams

What do you like best? I love that is is easy to create a webinar because you have the ability to create templates to work off of. While the reporting can not really be customized, it gives a lot of information on what a registrant does, from how long they watched to what questions they asked during the webinar. Excellent experience so far - Still relatively new to the platform

What do you like best? The support from the live chat as well as from the local team makes it really easy to fix any issues if they arise What do you dislike? I wouldn't say dislike, but the live webinar panel could be a little simpler when there is guest speakers so there is no need for them to be familiarised pre webinar. Really comprehensive webinar tool

What do you like best? I have used ON24 mostly to create webinars, both live and on demand. The ON24 platform is really flexible and provides several tools for you to achieve the results you're looking for. Once you start creating different webinars you start to think about different things you could be doing differently and I can't think of one that I could solve with the current setup. Reliable technology for webinars with different options for audience interactions

What do you like best? Easy to set up and to get metrics. I like the multiple options for interactions with the audience: poll questions, surveys. What do you dislike? The technical issues when using screen sharing or video What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Large audiences without interruptions. Sometimes is difficult to manage the muting options with other tools. ON24 allows for a two ways conversation without interruptions.

On24 overall is a simple, great, easy - to-navigate platform. I do think it could look more modern.

What do you like best? I love the 24/7 chatbot - very helpful and easy to use. What do you dislike? Its quite physically 'clunky' , it could be more professional looking.
