Value packed and easy to use
What do you like best? Price and features, MailChimp is more expensive for less. What do you dislike? nothing yet, still testing it out but it seems simple to set up Recommendations to others considering the product: Best email app for the price! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I came from activecampaign... this is cheaper and easier to use.

Great marketing platform
What do you like best? I love the combination of marketing products you offer. What do you dislike? I have used it much yet but I can not think of anything right now Recommendations to others considering the product: It is a great product to use for reaching customers. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer engagement and reminding the customer about our product is great now.

Upgraded from Mailchimp and never turning back!
What do you like best? Omnisend seamlessly let me switch from my previous provider and made it so much easier than I ever expected. Everything was so simple to set up. There's things I didnt know I wanted that I could easily be set up and I'm loving it on my website. What do you dislike? Good ESP solution for Shopify, Integrations are lacking
What do you like best? Really great plug and play solution for Shopify businesses needing an ESP that integrates well with the platform. Really like their easy "Campaign Boost" solution that re-sends to customers that left your message unopened. The product picker solution is also great. Easy user friendly interface (layout), Great analytics!
What do you like best? Omisend is user friendly, beautifully designed, and it's easy to navigate than some other email platforms I've used. I also like the analytics and reporting. The automation templates are helpful to get you started and the newsletter pop-up forms are not just easy to use but look modern. Very easy to set up and use, good value, with excellent actionable analytics to improve conversions.
What do you like best? Analytics and Reporting Cost Easy to use What do you dislike? Not able to send emails through sender domain What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Omnisend for Drip campaign set up automation and Analytics based email funnel for retargeting.
