Great For Beginners + Experienced Users
What do you like best? The automation emails are simple to use and the instructions are clear. I am able to customize to my liking and it syncs well with Shopify. The how to guides are easy to follow and allow me to fulfill my email marketing goals. Although I have not used, I enjoy the chance to use A/B testing to determine the right message to send going forward. easy (but flexible) and effective
What do you like best? It simply does effectively what is ment to do. I have a shop on Shopify, and in minutes I can communicate with my Customers. What do you dislike? templates and look and feel could be more sofisticated What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? it is a mass mailing tool, that helps marketing automation. Key benefit is that you can set up your campaign in few moments.

What do you like best? The app is very easy to setup & use. The features related to email, SMS are also very nice. Automations work really well. What do you dislike? Omnisend is expensive. Upto $20 as on the legacy plan was okay. But how it costs $50 - $100 per month which is quite expensive for small stores. Having more time means having a shorter learning curve
What do you like best? My favorite feature is Chat because getting instant help via Chat helps you learn your way through the system and keeps you hands on and sharp on your learning curve. Chat is a very important feature because instant help reinforces learning. If I get stuck, I can pose my question to Chat and get an answer within a few minutes. Really Useful App! Highly recommend
What do you like best? I like that the automation features are really easy to setup. Even a complete beginner like me can set up an automated workflow in minutes. I like that I can easily set up my brand image through the logo and footer settings. What do you dislike? A good platform but a little tough to navigate
What do you like best? I like that it intergrates with Shopify. I like that you can try it out for free. I appreciate that it follows privacy rules and helps keep my subscribers safe. What do you dislike? I wish that I had more options to personalize and create designs that are flattering. Not super easy to figure out automations. Fairly Priced ESP
What do you like best? It's fairly priced for an app that allows you to both conduct email and SMS marketing. What do you dislike? The email marketing isn't as feature rich as other, more well-known, providers. The templates are also quite lacking and I sometimes have trouble getting my email delivered. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to cheaply have both email and SMS marketing covered.

Technically Sound marketing platform. Future implementation of features could land Omnisend on top
What do you like best? Easy to understand, ease of use, and navigation. Phenomenal customer service by a fast, responsive and friendly team. What do you dislike? Missing specific customizable features such as some auto-apply discount links, specific analytics like live/unrecoverable abandoned carts.. Great Features!
What do you like best? We're just starting to use the full plan of omnisend so we're still exploring a lot of these features. It seems like a great app to schedule marketing emails. What do you dislike? We're not sure yet since we just started the standard plan. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? we can get more engagement with customers
