What do you like best? It simply does effectively what is ment to do. I have a shop on Shopify, and in minutes I can communicate with my Customers. What do you dislike? templates and look and feel could be more sofisticated What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? it is a mass mailing tool, that helps marketing automation. Key benefit is that you can set up your campaign in few moments.

What do you like best? My favorite feature is Chat because getting instant help via Chat helps you learn your way through the system and keeps you hands on and sharp on your learning curve.
